Feature is where the details that decide whether a range feels premium sit: the lock, the charging point, the wheels, the handle. Buyers usually fix these before tooling, because each one changes the shell cut-out or the trim set, and changing it afterwards means re-tooling.
What can be specified
Built-in TSA combination locks with a keyed override, integrated USB charging points, cup holder handles and weighing handles, dual-wheel and spinner wheel sets, and expandable or vacuum-compression packing systems. Logo, colour and lining are specified on the same order.
How to brief us
Send the feature list, the shell material and the target price band. We confirm which features are compatible on one shell, send samples for cycle and drop testing, then tool. MOQ is 200 pieces per model.
