Luggage sets
Luggage sets — one order, full size coverage
Luggage sets bundle two to six cases from carry-on to large checked sizes so a brand can cover a customer's whole travel need in one SKU family. Sets simplify retail display, raise average order value, and let CLK control consistency across sizes on one production line.
What defines a good set program
- Size ladder: confirm the spread (e.g. 20/24/28-inch, or cabin + medium + large) matches your market's luggage-buying pattern.
- Shared platform: sets built on one shell family keep color and hardware consistent between sizes.
- Material consistency: Al-Mg sets offer premium rigidity; PC zipper sets deliver value; fabric sets cover soft-side demand.
- Nesting & packaging: confirm how the set packs for freight to control container cost.
Representative programs: the Al-Mg 20/24/28″ set (KLW003), PC aluminum-frame set, 6-piece PC frame set and aluminum luggage set.

FAQ
What set sizes are most exported?
20/24/28-inch trios lead for retail; 2-piece cabin+check pairs suit direct and corporate programs. CLK can tune the ladder to your market.
Can set components be mixed?
Yes — mixed-model containers are supported; each model keeps its own MOQ of 200.
How are sets packed for shipping?
Nesting is applied where the design allows to reduce volume; packaging is customizable (white-label or branded).
