Premium Ingredients

We are committed to manufacturing high-quality suitcases, which requires strict consistency, stability and performance of materials. We usually use PC raw materials from Bayer.
PC+ABS material blending is our standard combination method. By adjusting the ratio of the two materials, the suitcase shell can exhibit different performance effects. During production, a certain proportion of strictly screened and processed PC recycled material is also used to meet environmental protection requirements.

Plastic Shell Extrusion Line

Using vacuum thermoforming machines, we transform solid plastic pellets into flat, uniform shells. The molding process takes 30-60s, with an hourly production capacity of 80-120 pcs and a defect-free rate maintained above 98.5%. These flaw-free sheets with exceptional flatness provide an ideal foundation for subsequent surface treatments like printing and painting, which is why we prioritize quality control in this critical production phase.

Hot Press Molding Box Shell

Hot Press Molding Box Shell

Using thermal pressing and cooling processes, we transform flat plastic sheets into three-dimensional suitcase casings. The molded shell forms a seamless, monolithic structure with no joints, offering exceptional structural strength and impact resistance. Moreover, it can accurately replicate the surface textures of molds, such as lychee patterns or diagonal designs.

Accessory Assembly

We have three assembly lines with a capacity of 40 to 60 pieces per hour. On the production line, we install the corners, foot nails, locks, wheels and handles of the suitcases.
In this step, we adopt a combination of self-inspection and mutual inspection: the operator will self-inspect the output of his own process, and the operator of the next process will re-inspect the previous process.

Product Testing

The assembled suitcases will be sampled and sent to the test center for a series of tests that simulate real-world usage scenarios. These tests include:
Wheel Run Test
Shake test for lever and handle
Wheel drop test
Zipper Fatigue Test
Rib color fastness test
Hardware salt spray test
High and low temperature test of housing.
