Cup Holder

The cup holder handle, and why buyers add it

A cup holder is moulded into the top handle rather than clipped onto the case, so it holds a cup or a bottle while the case is standing or being wheeled. It is one of the cheapest features to add to a range and one of the most visible at retail, which is why it appears most often on cabin and family models.

What has to be specified

The cavity diameter has to match the containers the target market actually uses, and the base of the cavity needs a drain so liquid does not pool inside the handle. Because the handle is part of the mould, the holder is fixed at tooling: diameter and depth cannot be changed after the tool is cut.

Working with CLK

Send the container sizes you want to support and the handle design you are working from. We confirm the cavity geometry, the handle material and the colour, then sample before tooling. MOQ is 200 pieces per model.
