USB Port

Luggage with a built-in USB port

A USB port is built into the case hardware with the power source carried inside, rather than clipped to the outside. The buyer charges the case before travelling and charges a phone from the case while moving, without carrying a separate battery in a pocket.

The compliance question comes first

Power banks are regulated as lithium batteries, and the rules differ between cabin and checked baggage and between airlines. That usually means the power source has to be removable, so the case can travel with the port but without the cell, and the port has to sit where it can be reached without opening the case.

Specifying with CLK

Tell us the destination markets, the port type, and whether the cell ships with the case or is supplied locally. Port position, cable routing and branding are specified on the same order. MOQ is 200 pieces per model.
