TSA Lock
TSA lock luggage — what buyers should specify
A TSA-accepted lock lets customs officers open and re-secure a case with a master key instead of cutting it. On an export programme the lock has to be paired with the right shell thickness, zipper puller and pull tab, so the lock body sits flush and cannot be levered off.
Specifying TSA locks on a custom order
CLK fits combination TSA locks across PC, ABS, PP and aluminum-frame ranges. Standard options are three-dial combination locks with a keyed override for the agent, colour-matched to the shell or left in black. Because the lock cut-out is tooled per shell, the lock model has to be fixed before the mould is cut.
What we need from you
Tell us the lock model or ask us to propose one, the shell material and thickness, and whether you need a keyed override. We confirm the cut-out, send samples for drop and cycle testing, then tool the shell. MOQ is 200 pieces per model.
