Wheel systems: spinner and dual-wheel builds
The wheel set decides how a case behaves on a moving floor. Single spinner wheels turn freely and are easy to steer; dual-wheel builds track straighter over carpet and grates. On both, the tread compound and the bearing decide how loud the case is and how long it stays smooth.
What to specify
Wheel diameter has to be matched to the case size, because a small wheel on a large case passes more vibration into the shell. Tread should be a soft compound on quiet-running models and a harder one where abrasion matters more. Bearings should be serviceable so a damaged wheel can be replaced instead of forcing a case return.

Tell us the case size, the floor conditions the range will meet and the channel. Wheel sets, housings and colours are specified per model. MOQ is 200 pieces per model.
