Ultra-lightweight

Ultra-lightweight luggage: what is actually being specified

Net weight is a specification rather than a claim, and it is measured on the bare case without packaging. A lighter case comes from three decisions: shell thickness, frame or zipper structure, and the wheel and trolley hardware.

Where the weight comes out of

Thinning the shell is the fastest way to lose grams and the fastest way to lose durability, so the practical route is usually the structure and the hardware: a zipper structure instead of a frame, and a lighter wheel set carrying the same load rating. Cabin models benefit most, because the cabin allowance is the tightest constraint in a range.

Specifying with CLK

Tell us the target net weight and the size band, and we will confirm which combination of shell, structure and hardware reaches it without dropping the load rating. MOQ is 200 pieces per model.
