The third phase of the 140th Canton Fair opened on 31 October. In Area D the hall signage points to two directions for the same product group: Hall 17.2 on one side, Halls 18.2 to 20.2 on the other. Both signs read Cases and Bags. Our stands sit on both sides of that sign.

Where to find us: three stands in Area D
We hold three stands this session, not one. Two are side by side in Hall 20.2, numbered 20.2E04 and 20.2E05, which appears on the booth fascia as 20.2E04-05. The third is in Hall 17.2 at 17.2E41.
Splitting the presence across two halls is a deliberate choice. Hall 17.2 carries the main aisle traffic, and many buyers walk it before reaching 20.2. If your schedule only allows one pass, 20.2E04-05 holds the full sample range; 17.2E41 is easier to reach from the main entrance and works as the first stop.

What is on the wall at 20.2E04-05
The back wall is shelved floor to ceiling, and the range is arranged by shell construction rather than by colour. Aluminium-frame cases run along the upper shelves, hard-shell polycarbonate in the middle, and soft and hybrid constructions at the lower levels where buyers can pick them up without asking.
Above the shelves is a row of compliance marks: CE, CPC, BSCI, ISO and RoHS, mounted directly under the CLK mark. They are there because the certificates behind them exist, not as decoration. Every one of those claims can be checked against a number.
Printed cases: why the graphic wraps the whole shell
The printed shells draw the most questions, and the question is usually the same: how does a printed graphic survive handling. The answer is in how the print is laid down and protected, not in the ink. On the shelved samples the graphic runs edge to edge and covers the corners, which is where a decal or a partial print fails first.
Several buyers asked whether a print can be produced on a shell they have already specified, or whether it forces a change of mould. It does not force a mould change on the constructions we showed, but it does change the order structure, because print setup is a one-time cost that has to be amortised. That trade-off is worth a conversation at the stand rather than a sentence here.
Compliance, shown as a label rather than a claim
The marks on the wall correspond to documents we can produce on request. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 by CFL Certification Center, registration numbers 06526Q02816R001, 06526E01353R001 and 06526S01270R001, valid from 28 September 2026 to 27 September 2029. Social compliance is monitored under amfori BSCI, monitoring ID 26-0430021. Product compliance covers CE, RoHS, REACH and CPC.
If a buyer needs to see the actual certificate rather than the wall mark, ask at the stand. The registration numbers are also published in our certification and compliance library, and the factory figures are on the factory facts page.
The questions that came up most
Three topics accounted for most of the conversation on day one, and none of them were about colour.
The handle and the lock. Buyers who handle a lot of cases go straight for the telescopic tube and the TSA lock, not the shell. On the stand we show the tube at full extension and cycle the lock in front of the buyer, because the failure mode on a handle is almost always the tube or the housing, and a photograph cannot show either.

Frame alignment on aluminium cases. On a framed case the first inspection points are the corners and the gap line where the two frames meet. A buyer who knows the category will run a finger along that line before looking at anything else. We leave the frames open on one display unit so the rivet spacing and the corner joint can be inspected directly.

What changes between a sample and a production run. This is the question that decides whether a conversation continues. The honest answer is that the sample sets the reference and the run has to hold it, which is why the sample approval documents matter more than the sample itself. Our aluminium luggage page goes into the constructions in more detail.

Dates, halls and how to plan a visit
The third phase runs from 31 October to 4 November 2026 at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou. The Cases and Bags zone is in Area D, signed from the concourse as Hall 17.2 and Halls 18.2 to 20.2.
Our stands:
- 20.2E04 and 20.2E05 — Hall 20.2, Area D (fascia reads 20.2E04-05)
- 17.2E41 — Hall 17.2, Area D
If you want to bring a specification to the meeting rather than look at shelves, tell us beforehand what you are working on and we will have the matching construction on the table. The contact form reaches the same team that is standing at the booth.

If you are not at the fair
Not every buyer can be in Guangzhou this week, and the samples on the wall are the same ones we photograph for remote reviews. Send the specification and we will answer with photographs of the actual unit, measured, rather than a catalogue render. Our write-up of the 139th Canton Fair shows how these sessions have run before.

For anything urgent during the fair, write to clkbusiness@clkluggage.com and put the hall and stand number in the subject line. It reaches the booth.
