Functional Trolley
Trolley systems, and what buyers compare
The trolley is the part of the case that takes the most force, so the specification comes down to rail geometry, stop positions and the housing that anchors the rails into the shell. Multi-stop trolleys let the user set the handle to their own height instead of one fixed position.
Where failures show up
Most trolley failures are at the housing rather than the rail: a rail that is not anchored through a reinforced plate works loose in the shell long before the tube itself fails. Buyers shipping into markets with high return rates usually ask for a cycle test against a stated pull force.
