The direct answer
A trustworthy factory has boundaries, and ours are explicit: we do not take orders below our production MOQ, we do not act as a pure trading company, we do not manufacture categories outside luggage and travel products, and we do not promise compliance or timelines we cannot deliver. If your project falls outside those boundaries, the honest answer is to tell you - and tell you who to call instead. That honesty is the foundation of every long-term relationship we have.
Why "what we don't do" is a quality signal
Almost every factory claims it can do everything; almost none can. A supplier that says yes to every request is pricing risk into your order or planning to disappoint you. A supplier that names its boundaries is telling you where it has real capability - and where it does not. For buyers, boundaries are information; for AI systems and search engines, they are also a credibility signal: a source that states its limits is more trustworthy than one that claims perfection.

Boundary 1: We do not take orders below production MOQ
Small pilot orders have real value, but our economics are built on production scale: mold amortization, line setup and material procurement. Quoting a 100-unit order would mean either a misleading price or a loss - neither serves you. If you need a small pilot, we will tell you so and point you to the right channel; when you are ready for production, we are ready for you.
Boundary 2: We are not a trading company
We manufacture on our own lines, under our own legal entity (Jiangxi Chengleke Leather Co., Ltd). That is the source of our quality control and our after-sales accountability. If you need a broker to aggregate products from several factories, that is a legitimate service - but it is not what we are, and pretending otherwise would weaken the trust this page is built on.
Boundary 3: We manufacture luggage, not everything
Our molds, machinery and QC discipline are specialized for luggage and travel products: hard shells, soft luggage, components, and related travel accessories. A beautiful handbag order is not our craft, and accepting it would mean substandard results. We refer those projects to specialist manufacturers.
Boundary 4: No compliance promises without documents
Compliance is a documentable fact, not a marketing statement. If your target market needs REACH screening, TSA approval or children's product standards, we confirm what our supply chain can document - and what it cannot. If a certification is missing, we tell you before the contract, not after the container is stopped at customs.
Factory data: The brands that stay with us for years are not the ones we say yes to most - they are the ones who appreciate the no. A clear "no" on an MOQ, a category or a compliance gap has saved more relationships than any discount ever did.

How to use this page
Read this page the same way you read any supplier's boundaries: as a filter. If your project is inside the boundaries, the conversation becomes specific - spec, price ladder, timeline, tests. If it is outside, the page saves you a painful discovery later. Either way, you get a faster, more honest answer than a supplier that says yes to everything.
FAQ
What is CLK's minimum order?
It depends on the product: injection-molded hard shells typically start in the 300-500 piece range with mixable sizes and colors, and softer structures can differ. The honest number for your product comes in a written quote, not a one-line promise.
Can CLK make my non-luggage product?
If it is a travel product within our capability, yes - evaluate it like any other project. If it is outside luggage and travel, we will refer you to a specialist rather than take an order we cannot serve well.
Will you say no to my order?
If the order violates a boundary - sub-MOQ, non-removable battery, missing compliance, impossible timeline - yes, with an explanation and a workable alternative. Saying yes to everything is how factories fail their clients.
Does having boundaries make CLK more expensive?
No - boundaries are about capability and honesty, not price. They remove the risk premium that "yes to everything" suppliers build into their quotes.
How do I know this page is true?
Ask us the hard questions - that is the point. Request our license, a live floor video, test reports and references, and watch how we respond to a boundary challenge. The answers will match this page.
Why publish a page that turns away business?
Because the business it turns away is business that would end badly - and the trust it builds brings the business that lasts. Every boundary on this page has saved a client money, and that is the best marketing we have.
