The direct answer
Verify a CCC certificate in five steps: scan the QR code or check the number on the CNCA website, confirm the applicant-manufacturer-factory chain matches your supplier, match the model and electrical spec to your component, check the validity dates, and confirm the standards are the current editions. CCC certificates are publicly verifiable by design - the certificate itself prints the verification route - which makes them one of the easier documents to audit, and one of the easier documents to misuse if nobody checks.

Check 1: the public verification route
Every CCC certificate carries its verification path: a QR code and the CNCA website. The certificate in our 8838 program states it explicitly - scan the QR code or check the CNCA website (www.cnca.gov.cn). This public route is the first and most powerful check: a certificate that cannot be verified online is not a CCC certificate.
Check 2: the identity chain
The three identity blocks must tell a coherent story:
- Applicant - who holds the certification.
- Manufacturer - who is responsible for the product.
- Factory - where it is produced.
If the factory on the certificate is not the factory you are buying from, the certificate does not cover your supply. The chain is the part most often misused, because it is the part least often checked.
Check 3: model and specification
The certificate names the product and model - ours is the XL-N1001-001R portable power source. Compare it with the component label and your bill of materials:
- Model number matches.
- Voltage and current match (36.5 VDC, USB-A 5 VDC 2 A on our certificate).
- The component in the box is the component on the paper.
Check 4: validity
CCC certificates carry validity windows. Ours runs September 12, 2025 to September 11, 2030. Two questions:
- Is the certificate valid today?
- Does the production date of your component fall inside the window?
Check 5: standards
The standards line should cite current editions. Our certificate cites GB 31241-2022 and GB 4943.1-2022 - the 2022 editions of both. A certificate citing outdated editions needs scrutiny.
Factory data: We verify every battery certificate twice - once when we qualify the supplier and once when the component arrives - because the certificate can be real and the shipment still wrong. The online check, the identity chain and the label match take five minutes, and they are the difference between documentation that protects you and documentation that misleads you.
The red flags
- No QR code or verification route. CCC certificates always carry one.
- The online check fails. An unverifiable number is the end of the story.
- Factory mismatch. The certificate's factory is not your supplier.
- Model mismatch. The certified model is not the component in your product.
- Expired or near-expiry. The validity window does not cover your production.
- Outdated standards. Old GB editions cited on a new certificate.
- Claims beyond the certificate. "The whole product is CCC certified" when the certificate covers only the power source.
FAQ
How do I verify a CCC certificate number?
Scan the QR code on the certificate or enter the number on the CNCA website. Both routes are printed on the document itself.
What if the certificate cannot be verified online?
Then it is not a valid CCC certificate. Unverifiable numbers should end the conversation, not start a discount negotiation.
Why do the three identity blocks matter?
They define who holds the certification, who is responsible for the product, and where it is produced. If the factory block does not match your supplier, the certificate does not cover your goods.
Can a CCC certificate cover the whole electric luggage?
No - our certificate covers the power source component. Whole-product certification is a separate scope; anyone claiming the certificate covers the complete vehicle is overstating.
How long is the certificate valid?
From September 12, 2025 to September 11, 2030 in our case - five years. Check the window against your production and shipping dates.
How quickly can CLK provide its CCC documentation?
Same day on request - the certificate, the verification route and the component labels, with a plain explanation of the scope. Contact clkbusiness@clkluggage.com or WhatsApp +86-18879628221 and check it with this checklist.
