From raw material sampling to finished product packaging, let us know how we ensure that every product delivered to you is nearly perfect.
Every suitcase undergoes a multi-stage inspection process, from raw material testing to final pre-shipment checks. We strive for near-perfect pass rates to ensure you receive only flawless products.

Raw material inspection
Our procurement team rigorously evaluates suppliers 'credentials and product quality before warehousing raw materials such as PC granules, zippers, hardware, swivel wheels, and pull rods. For example, we exclusively source PC materials from industry leaders like Covestro and Germany's Bayer; YKK-brand zippers ensure robust corrosion resistance and durable coating adhesion in hardware components; while wheels are sourced from Japan's Nippon brand. By procuring superior raw materials compared to industry peers, we implement first-line quality control measures to mitigate potential risks from the outset.

Quality control on the production line
Every manufacturing stage—from paneling, forming, edge sawing, component assembly, to inner lining construction—is monitored in real time. Our integrated quality control system combines self-inspection, cross-checking, and specialized audits: Operators conduct self-assessments of their production batches, subsequent workers perform cross-checks, while dedicated QC inspectors conduct random spot checks. We meticulously evaluate critical details including box closure tightness, zipper smoothness, and button feedback mechanisms, ensuring every minor deviation is promptly identified and corrected.

Final Test
The assembled suitcases will be sampled and sent to the test center for a series of tests that simulate real-world usage scenarios. These tests include:
- Wheel Run Test
- Shake test for lever and handle
- Wheel drop test
- Zipper Fatigue Test
- Rib color fastness test
- Hardware salt spray test
- High and low temperature test of housing
The data of these test items is not only the condition for product release, but also a valuable basis for us to continuously optimize product design.
