Due to the high cost of the all-aluminum material, the customer wanted to replace it with all-PC material and insisted on using the litchi-pattern design.     By means of factory videos, certificate documents and actual production cases, we have gained the trust of our customers. After the customer decided to trust our factory, they provided us with professional design draft files, and clearly marked the patterns and fabric types for the inner lining of the luggage.

    The drawings include a unique internal modular storage system, which demands extremely high precision in the division of internal space and the installation of components.

    The surface treatment should achieve a fine texture resembling the lustrous patterns of a lychee fruit, and a coating with high scratch resistance should be applied. The logo should be embedded using a seamless inlay technique.

    After receiving the customer's drawings, we immediately started the 3D design process and precisely manufactured the molds according to the customer's specifications. And the patterns, materials and colors of the outer luggage shell all comply with the customer's customized requirements.
