Core Equipment
"A craftsman who wishes to do his work well must first sharpen his tools." Our manufacturing strength is reflected in every core equipment:
1. In the "sheet pulling" process, sheet pullers are typically employed. These automated systems continuously transform solid plastic pellets into flat, uniform plastic sheets. Our factory is equipped with five sheet pullers, featuring the following advantages:
- Multi-layer co-extrusion technology: can make lightweight boxes, but also can extrude different materials of composite panels at the same time.
- Precise temperature control and speed coordination: Different processing temperatures are required when different materials are extruded simultaneously, which we can achieve. This ensures uniform plate thickness, low internal stress, and less bending deformation.
- Stable traction and cutting: high-precision meter and traction mechanism are used to ensure accurate cutting length and reduce waste.


2.The company operates five hot-press molding machines specifically designed for PC hard-shell suitcases, with a standard cycle duration of 60-90 seconds per press run, making them ideal for mass production. Our machines boast three core technological advantages:
1) Integrated molding eliminates seams, delivering exceptional structural strength and impact resistance;
2) Precise replication of mold surface textures (including lychee patterns and diagonal designs) with reinforced ribs ensures both aesthetic appeal and durability.


3.The facility is equipped with 1 large precision injection molding machine and 6 small injection molding machines for PP luggage cases, capable of manufacturing cases ranging from 20 to 32 inches. The system can produce highly complex internal structures (such as reinforcing ribs, snap fasteners, and mounting pillars) in a single operation. Its exceptional dimensional stability ensures precise and consistent component dimensions, while the short production cycle enables fully automated unmanned manufacturing, making it ideal for ultra-large batch orders.

These are the core equipment for suitcase shell manufacturing. After our thermal press molding machine processes the plastic sheets into finished shell casings, they undergo edge sawing before entering our assembly workshop for the next step.
