2. Shell Forming
For hard-shell luggage:
- Injection molding / thermoforming under precise temperature and pressure forms seamless, high-strength shells.
- CNC trimming ensures dimensional accuracy within ±0.5 mm for perfect fitting.
For soft-shell luggage:
- Computerized cutting machines precisely cut fabric panels, minimizing material waste and ensuring consistency.
3. Frame & Component Production
Aluminum alloy frames are extruded, cut, and punched for structural stability. Handles, wheels, locks, and zippers are manufactured or inspected to meet push-pull, load, and impact standards. Only qualified parts enter assembly.
4. Sewing & Interior Assembly
Skilled workers stitch linings, dividers, and pockets with high-strength threads. Double stitching and reinforced stress points enhance durability. Clean, even seams reflect our strict workmanship standards.
5. Final Assembly
Technicians integrate shells, frames, wheels, handles, locks, and zippers. Each joint is tested for smooth operation and firmness. Semi-finished products are checked layer by layer to avoid defects.
6. Comprehensive Quality Control
